An editorial framework for discussion. This note does not report empirical findings or client outcomes.
Separate three layers
A workshop is an activity. A shorter approval cycle is an operating change. Lower cost is a business outcome. Track the connection without treating completion as proof of value.
Ask what changed
Identify the baseline, current signal, dependencies, and next decision for each priority. When results diverge from expectations, review the underlying assumption.
Use the meeting to decide
Bring unresolved choices to the review: continue, change, stop, or investigate. Record the owner and next evidence point. Keep routine project administration outside the decision discussion where possible.
Activity → what was delivered?
Operating change → what works differently?
Business outcome → what value is evidenced?
