Start with the customer promise
Local service, technical support, and complex procurement can change the presence you need. Define what customers must receive before selecting a legal structure.
Separate access from control
A distributor may offer access while limiting customer visibility. A partnership shares capabilities but requires explicit governance. A subsidiary combines control with fixed obligations. Compare them using the same commercial assumptions.
Set the next gate
Treat each country in a Türkiye–Gulf expansion as a separate decision. Validate partner economics and customer requirements locally. Define what evidence justifies a larger commitment. Country-specific legal and tax questions need qualified specialists.
Customer promise → required control
Channel economics → viable model
Evidence gap → next reversible test
